An employee of the Gainesville Florida Fact team asked me to be harmed by making me walk home I have osteoarthritis and at the time was hurting a lot. And I still hurt in my left leg and I have dystonia in it as well.
I am being raped in a masochistic way through a computer hacker scheme that is silently positioned on my computer and I hear conversations like I'm being watched by masochists who are in gangs or cults. I have a focus meditation and it helps me and some American citizens just trust in God and I'm suffering for over 22 years making less than one thousand a month and I have neurological conditions and dystonia as well and I am not cared for by society truly. I'm abandoned by family and I was abused severely as a child.
Nobody likes when I smile really big. I want to be free and happy and safe.

the representatives do not have any knowledge of qualified income trusts that legally when monies are deposited lowers the threshold income of ssdi you receive to qualify for medicaid benefits if your income is higher than the limits for those benefits. the representatives need remedial training and need detailed intense training as well how to be respectful to the customers /recipients that call in .
cause people like us need help and need to depend on dcf reps to help us get information to help us qualify for benefits and not treated rude , improper , inconsiderate and talked over and told incorrect information if i was not an assertive person or didnt know about qmb program that i has before multiple years since 2017 i wouldve gone without my medications and died due to i need these medications to live and keep my immune system in check. actually to fulfill my satisfaction of partial resolving this huge issue cause this is a huge issue since i went thru this before and i had to have a court trial back in 2017 to get resolved results . i request the upper mgr to review the recordings all recordings to find that representative that told me the incorrect information that i lost my temper on and fire her immediately cause she shouldnt be disrespectful and over talk me she didnt listen she was very rude and would nt answer my questions. and in effect told me incorrect information that there was no such thing as qualified income trust to lower my income to qualified for medicaid full benefits.

she kept overtalking me rudely and told me i dont know what i am talking about and kept not answering my questions at all infact kept arguing . I demand to know why dcf hires people that get paid 8 dollars and hour and is so rude and inconsiderate what i was asking valid simple questions and she at a level 3 kept achknowledging that she didnt know or have any knowledge on that subject . i demand /request to speak to the director immediately cause it seems that no other rep knows anything about irrevocable qualified income trust to deposit money for the qmb program that i have previously qualified for.

I have to start completely over because their management that was supposed to help me fill out the paperwork did it wrong so now I have to start over thanks to her. All they're doing is just putting me off and putting me off and I'm a cancer patient and they're just trying to let me die because the color of my skin! Everyone else there was getting help but not me no I get to go and restart over after 2 months of already waiting with CANCER!
Get ur act together leaving people with cancer without health care is ridiculous!! Do you want ur mom left with cancer and no one to help her???
I can't get my heart medication either!!!
Ur killing me faster!!! For the love of God do ur jobs or get out of the way and let someone who needs a job work!

I have been on disability for years. I have gotten close to 221.00 for the majority of the time.
The only time it was less was when I attempted to work part-time. I quit working part-time, and my food assistance returned to 221.00. My benefits were cut off without any notice in November. I had to go to a food bank to get Christmas dinner.
I reapplied and tried to get emergency food stamps but DCF doesn't offer emergency assistance. Now my wife and I are not working and have the same bills. The only income is less than 1200 a month. We were approved only for 23.00.
They said there was a work sanction against my wife. I was being penalized for that. Why am I getting penalized? Now we have two mouths to feed with the same income.
They told me she needed to go to the workforce and get the sanction lifted. Then I would have to reapply because. We would have to wait longer to receive benefits. This seems unfair.
It's a lot of red tape for two honest people who need assistance at this time. I am trying to do the right thing. I recently got my CDL and attempting to work full-time. I am working towards getting off of government assistance.
Lately, the state of Florida is doing everything to make it extremely difficult to receive benefits. I understand that you want to crack down on people abusing the system but it is also affecting honest people.

They gave me food stamps and then they took back after two weeks by cancelling the EBT card without give any notice and they still don't talk about it. They made me lose a lot of time because they have been unable to make a phone call.
They affirm to be in the "Sunshine state" but it's evident they are hiding some of their actions and they are actually now involved in removing my rights of my person making it look likes they are making innocent errors that are very heavy (take off the food, not providing assistance).
They even make unpleasant allusions to my problems of the past.
I'm still need to get back my food stamps and EBT card from more than a month and they don't care and persist in their behaviours. There's also no one at their offices to speak with.

I am disappointed with Florida State assistance because they attempt to gip or deprive people of benefits. For example I am only receiving $23 monthly for Food which isn't much at all compared to other States who are more helpful.
The reps I met were not friendly but came off as malicious. They gip people out of benefits from not counting many Expenses to deduct from. Expenses are Expenses by definition and they do not count Storage Unit in which I pay $40 Rent, UPS mailbox $500 Rent annually, and most of all a Vehicle which is one of the MAJOR expenses to pay as I pay $130 for Insurance and $222 for car payment. Combined with Daily Bread and Vincent De Paul who pretend to aid people only to make things more difficult to Low Income or Transient individuals.
Despite helping to some degree, they keep people in these Hardships and are up to no good. It is a facade.
Dept of Children & Families is also near impossible to get a person by phone on their errors and to go there, you deal with rude and retaliatory people that harbor malice. A girl was near terminal and a mother was rebuking them for depriving her of aid while I was in their office.

Preferred solution: more aid. Food Stamps amount $23 is ludicrous. Not counting a vehicle as an expense is wrong. The little money I have is rapidly depleting due to all the expenses not counted.

My disabled son has been having issues with his Medicaid application for the past 7 months. We faxed the documents for months and they stated they weren't received.
We lived at Office Max. We set up his DCF portal and uploaded all requested documents. It's confusing - it's still saying his information is overdue, but yet when you go into his uploaded documents section there are literally three pages of everything DCF has requested with a received stamp and with a document ID number.
My son is being evicted from his facility next month. This is a horrible situation for our family and many others.

My 87 year old mother has been without her EBT for to months. when trying to get things straitened out they always ask for another type of form or paperwork or the interviewer messes up something on there end I feel like i'm getting the run around with no clear answers.

I received a letter dated July 18, 2024, stating that I was denied due to another household member receiving the same assistance. However, I live alone. I have tried numerous times to contact the caseworker at 239-895-****, but I always get a generic voicemail. Despite leaving messages, I receive no callbacks. Also, I've attempted to call 850-300-**** numerous times, but it says my information doesn't match, so I can't even proceed!
